Was snooping on the IMDB for some pics of Leon Rippy, and lo and behold...

He had a guest appearance back in a January episode of "The Fugitive", a modern take on an old series which "The Visitor" has often been compared with. It gets better though. His character's name?

Buddy LaRue.

So LaRue was back - in The Fugitive. Very funny coincidence. I wonder if the characters were at all similiar. Sorry I missed that. Thanks Sheri. Good to hear something about Leon Rippy.

Neat, Sheri. Kefla, the scene in The Visitor where LaRue was chasing Adam through the junkyard across the cars is memorable.

So you *did* see CAGED, at least a part of it?
LaRue finally caught up with MacArthur - then Van Patten helped him escape (unwittingly). ;-)
I love those FBI guys.

yep, it looked fun. I mean Adam running across and sliding off the hoods. And that one shot of LaRue on top, twisting in despair.

yep, they have their place.

Interesting side note: I was at Moosedays in Roslyn, WA this summer and Dan Dusek was there. He was the location manager for Northern Exposure. I asked him what he's been working on lately and one of his assignments was "The Fugitive".

We're just on the second episode of "the Fugitive" and I really like it, another feel good show. The action sequences are edge of the seat stuff as well.

cool - Moosedays? That sounds interesting. I've heard of Muledays, Railroad Days, even the Grits Festival. I saw a Momma Moose once(Can.) and her calf. They are huge, with loooong legs. I grabbed a camera and followed them into the forest a couple hundred yards or so to try to get a good picture, then started seeing beeeg tracks everywhere..I thought, boy thats all I need to do is to get between Momma Moose and her calf, so I eased on back out of there.
