I heard this story from a friend of mine but I don't know if it's true or not. Maybe somebody can help. Anyway, there's this independent feature called "Green" that's about counterfeiting money. My friend tells me that the guy that wrote and directed the movie was arrested and questioned by the FBI or Secret Service or something because some of the methods of counterfeiting shown in the movie seemed a little too realistic! I have'nt seen it yet so I don't know. (I also checked their website GreenMonsterFilms.com but so far they have'nt said anything about this incident.)
Has anyone out there seen this movie or has anyone heard about this guy getting arrested? If it's true it's pretty screwed up that someone can be arrested for making a movie

He wouldn't be arrested for such things, but yes, the FBI would probably question him about such a thing.

Apparently counterfeiting ain't that difficult. We had a case where folks used a copy machine to print money and bought stuff at big name stores!

Oh and folks do mistake "taken in for questioning" with "arrested" quite often.

BIG difference. HUGE!
