Variety, May 16, 2002 <BR>Fritz joins Revolution as pub chief <BR>Exec served as VP for Centropolis <BR>By DAVID BLOOM <BR> <BR>HOLLYWOOD -- Revolution Studios has named Suzanne Fritz head of worldwide publicity, replacing the recently departed Mae Joyce. <BR> <BR>Fritz was senior veepee of publicity and marketing for Centropolis Entertainment until partners Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin dissolved the company. She subsequently worked for Devlin&#39;s Electric Entertainment, then as an awards consultant for Sony&#39;s &#34;Ali.&#34; <BR> <BR>&#34;Suzanne has a remarkable, all-encompassing background that gives her the perfect foundation for this position,&#34; said marketing-distribution topper Terry Curtin, to whom Fritz will report. <BR> <BR>Lion pals <BR> <BR>Fritz and Curtin previously worked together at MGM. New gig will also continue Fritz&#39;s work with Sony, which handles distribution for Revolution. <BR> <BR>Fritz spent three years at MGM, leaving as executive director of national publicity. She previously worked for Nancy Seltzer &amp; Associates and started at PMK&#39;s New York office.
