Dean did help write it.. <BR> <BR>Though it was one of the earlier movies, it was none the less a good one, so why does it seem Dean and co want to forget it? It isn't on the list of films to be discussed, don't think it is anywhere on the site, is it? <BR> <BR>I am watching it on WGN Chicago. <BR> <BR>Universal Soldier had a really neat story line, in my opinion.

Because there are something like 4 sequels, none of which involved Centro/Electric or any of the people. <BR> <BR>Basically, while Stargate, ID4, etc are properly credited to Mr. D and company, Universal Soldier has basically been 'bastardized' by the holding company, and and real link with the original, Centro made movie is long gone now.

In an interview Roland said that he didn't really like that film. It's too "gory", and he didn't want to do a film like that again.
