Today I was at one of the biggest electronic shops in the world, the Saturn in downtown Hamburg. It was announced that Patrick Stewart would be there promoting the new Star Trek: TNG DVD Box 1st Season. <BR> <BR>It was really overcrowded... the whole floor was full of people, who all waited for Mr. Stewart to come... <BR> <BR>We were all a little bit disappointed, when we heard that he was to be there for 1 hour only, from 2 to 3 PM. But everyone was hopeful to get a signed DVD box anyway... <BR> <BR>At about 2:25 PM, he arrived, walked to the small stage, talked about the new DVD box and the upcoming Star Trek film, and then said he was going to sign some boxes, but sadly had to leave again in a few minutes. <BR>Everybody was shocked! <BR>Some of the people were waiting for more like 6 hours there, and now he said he was only there for several minutes? <BR>At 2:38 PM he left the shop. <BR><IMG SRC="http://www.electric-ent.com/bbs/clipart/sad.gif" ALT=":&#40;"> <BR>No signed DVD box... no DVD box at all... <BR> <BR>But at least I&#39;ve seen him... he was passing me through the door in a distance of like 1.5 meters... ;&#41; <BR>He&#39;s kinda small actually... ;&#41; <BR>But his charisma is simply unbelievable! <BR> <BR>Many people were really disappointed that he couldn&#39;t stay any longer... he left for Amsterdam to promote the DVD box there, too... Bummer! <BR>Anyway, happy to have been there. <IMG SRC="http://www.electric-ent.com/bbs/clipart/happy.gif" ALT=":&#41;">
