Too true Pat. But alas, I must make the comment that if someone lives as cynically as he did, sooner or later it's gonna catch up with ya. Still, the man was a heck of a writer. He will be missed. <BR> <BR>One of the saddest things is, they are in the midst of making a Hollywood motion picture about Hitchhiker's Guide, and he's been fighting tooth and nail to keep it true to the vision of the book. Now, who's going to fight for him? I almost shudder to think of what the movie will turn out like. <BR> <BR>A moment of silence to remember the man who's inspired my writing style, not to mention who brought the science term "eddies" into public awareness, and let's continue that moment of silence for his survivors (wife and kids), as they must be going thru hell right now...
