Ok,

It took me a while to get a decent DVD player for the home. Always had one on the puter, but, just wasn't the same.

So there I was checking out my new electronic gadget.. bought a couple of DVDs to break it in and when all that was over I remembered about the ID4 DVD Easter Egg.

A friend of mine was here and we both tried to gain access... Guess it was a bit late at night as the access wasn't working out... However, I guess a good night's sleep was in order cuz I tried again today and whalla -- I was able to access the Attacker menu and drool over all the goodies.

Some real nice stuff was there.. including the news vidz we see scattered throughout the movie.

I found one 'news clip' to be particularly interesting. The clip about President Whitmore going to Israel to attend a funeral of one of his long-time friends just freaked me out by its sheer creativity and how much into depth some of these clips went.

But, by far my favorite feature was the Sonic Separator -- which allowed me to listen to the different audio tracks present during the "Destruction" sequence. Definitely a treat.

...and yes, I went through the movie once again with the infamous Roland and Dean commentary.

Also, saw a young "President Whitmore" (Bill Pullman) in Mel Brook's "Spaceballs". A younger "Dr. Jackson" (James Spader) ala StarGate in Oliver Stone's "Wallstreet" as well as re-viewed the last 5 episodes of The Visitor.

Guess you could say it was a Roland and Dean weekend fest, sorta. :o)

-=JAG!

Sheri, you're assuming I want to know. My question was purely rhetorical. I've had to cheer *A* up after the trauma you've inflicted him (she's been cheatin' on ya, Jaggy)

Fifth Amendment:

I am not required to make any statement, nor produce any evidence that may incriminate me. That's why confessions must be signed :]

But if you're gonna plead the fifth, you might as well just plead guilty, 'coz that's what you are :]
