Yeah I celebrated July 4th, even though I'm in Canada. Celebrated it Dean Devlin/Roland Emmerich style that is! Had to get the DVD like JAG. And I celebrated Canada Day with a BBQ. Its great adding a second holiday. Try it, hopefully you can still keep a job. Ha, ha.

Hey, I did too! And on the 5th even. Flipped some channels and lo and behold, saw some of the most AMAZING special effects I've ever seen on Independence Day. The canyon chase scene was on, Capn' Hiller hit eject, and the aliens ship went through the mtn. He is the man, and gave the alien a rightly Welcome to Earth! Sure hope they get him back.

I spent the 4th with a Canadian. Does that count?

Hey Sheri, didn't know you were in Canada. Nice to meet you. I'm on the outskirts of Toronto. I recently became Canadian but I'm originally from Trinidad.

Just Trinidad? Or Trinidad & Tobago? (ex postal employees will probably get that one :]

I too watched ID4, shot off some fireworks and pretty much enjoyed the day off. Been hot here in Ct the last 2 weeks. Ahhh, my kind of weather.

Technically Trinidad & Tobago. Realistically just the island of Trinidad. Yeah I think there are like 3 Trinidads I know of. One is even in the USA.
