Tis nice to see it on TV once more. Always better to see it "live" rather than on tape. hehehe

I'm ever amazed at how well written this story was. Bravo!!!

Always better? Try never better! Commercials suck :]

Not a big football fan myself, since dad passed away, but hey, New England won and I still couldn't find a superbowl party to crash! Wound up staying at work till 9 (the store actually closed at 6) because I was bored.

Blech -- someone tryin to get attention.

The FCC must start to really crack down on this growing trend of obscenity. Don't get me wrong, from a guy's point of view -- ya, it was a jawdropper but there's a time and place. And this wasn't it.

-=JAG!

Oh, yes. DEFINATELY innapropriate.
(Why couldn't it have been Bratney Spears?)

I never could figure out why they didn't require a Delay on live broadcasts like that.
Something like Dick Clark's New Years Eve show & stuff like that.. No way. Live, live Live..
But something like a footbal game?
I don't see the reasoning.

Don't think it's fair for the FCC to hand out huge fines to people who couldn't control the goings on... (actually haven't heard for certain if they are yet.)

Back to the topic.
Hands up, Who thinks ID4 is D&E's Best?

Me!

(BTW, I finally got around to seeing The Patriot. or at least Most of it. Quite good, but not my cup of tea. Actually liked E.L.F. Better)

They're all great, but I think the one they did about the American Revolution is my fave...I can't believe it took this long, but I finally got the soundtract CD by Centropolis Records and Hollywood Records of The Patriot composed by John Williams. I have to say its one of the best soundtracts ever heard and is spine-tingling in lots of places, and is awesome on a Sony Xplod!!!
I had to work the day of the Superbowl 01. Then decided to leave The Family Farm 02 and head To "Charleston" 03. Upon arriving at a local tavern, everyone was watching The big game. Well, for 04 The Colonial Cause, I went up and turned the channel, telling them Independence Day was on. Good Lord have mercy, one would have thought I was 05 a Redcoat At The Farm. All I was trying to do was 06 recruit the "Parishoners. Not quite sure if that was the reason for everyone to 07 Prepare to battle, but It wasn't long before 09 the first ambush took place, then all H(eck) broke loose. Chairs, tables, bodies crashing. It didn't have quite the impact like 15 Martin Vs. Tavington, but thank God I've still got my cat like reflexes and am confident in a left jab and a right cross. Soon all had to 12 Face the "local militia" and then all took 17 a Reprise, went home and licked their wounds.
The game itself was awesome, I was a tad disappointed in the final outcome (Hey, you HAVE to pull for the local team) Kid Rock rocked and Janet's musics great. She does give her all. I liked the Honda, Budweiser, Frito and Jimmy Hendrix Pepsi commercials especially.

Gotta admit, I did like Hendrix ad.

It was good to see Janet succeed at getting the heat off her bro... or present her non-verbal opinion of Regis Philbin.

It was understandable the Patriots won. But to see 15-time losers (Panthers) bounce back that great, made me forget who I was supporting. (Go Panthers...oops...I mean.... yaay Pats)

Panther's haven't been around long enough to be 15 time losers.

And we were having a discussion on another message board, about how the Patriots always seem to win the Superbowl whenever there's some military action going on with the US.
