I guess that means whatever machine they're hosting these on is down. Which, it's a weekend, nobody's home, makes sense. hehehe Murphy's Law playing havoc with them again? Or perhaps one of their representatives for Eight Legged Freaks got into the works somehow. ;-)

I can understand the weekend thang, but I believe thevisitor.com has been down for over a week. I first noticed that it was kaput on 5/23. Isn't there somebody monitoring those servers during weekdays? *sniff*

centropoholics.com is still down though... I know it hasn't been updated in awhile, but much of the intent of the site was for it to be a resource, so it's still valuable even w/o updates.

Don't know if this is a coincidence or what, but if any of you have access to the June National Geographic Magazine, check out the picture by Bob Sacha of France's Mont-Saint-Michel. Sure looks as if they're honoring the new Centropolis site. It looks like the "light of peace" to me! Its on the page preceeding Chrysler's full page ad. You might be able to see it at nationalgeographic.com/register.html.

Hey Fox-Plant, while we're on Nat. Geo., there's an article in there about the kudzu getting rampant in Fla. The stuff really is kind of pretty in its own way, flowing and draping over structures, be it hills, poles, trees, or fencelines. Seems as if they're combating the problem with heat tolerant sheep. I say market the stuff! If a sheep can eat it, people probably can too. Next time I find some, I'll let you know if it tastes more like spinach or lettuce. ;) KUD-ZU!

How much zu could a kudzu kud if a kudzu could kud zu?

Kinda like the dandelions around here. Found out they're edible. And my horse LOVES 'em! They should stop growing around here anytime now. hehehe

lol...Get the dandelions early or they're bitter. Dandelion wine - Make it in the spring, but don't drink it until winter. It's said to bring summer right into your home!
